Maeutica suggested the developers of the application several versions of naming. As a result, they chose YunGO – a transformed version of Latin iungo (unite, connect), carrying the connotation of youth (by consonance with the word “youth”). The main element of the visual identity, the logotype, was meant to reflect two ideas: ability to always be connected (Wi-Fi symbol) and the variety of means of communication (round spectrum).
What was created: brand platform, naming and visual concept, supporting communication materials.
The project: Before launching the new application for smartphones onto the market, it had to acquire a new memorable name and a catchy brand identity.
